When the labor movement is strong, the progressive movement is strong, and the role of marginalized workers is key to our future success as a nation. Thus the role of Black workers is key to the revitalization of the labor movement.
Please join us for the 4th State of Black Workers in America Conference at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia sponsored by the Black Worker Initiative of the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) and featuring Steven Reed, Mayor of Montgomery, Alabama. Our goal is to highlight some of the most innovative and best organizing being led by Black workers in the US.
Space is limited. Please RSVP today.
