WASHINGTON, DC- The United We Dream (UWD) Network will hold a telephonic press conference to discuss the Obama Administration’s failure to comply with its announcement on closing the cases of low priority deportations. Although UWD welcomed this announcement, today we continue to see immigrant youth not only placed in deportation proceedings, but also on unnecessary high surveillance under the Intensive Supervision and Appearance Program (ISAP). DREAM Act-eligible youth who are currently in removal proceedings and on the ISAP program will share their stories.
