We Need Peace Talks, Not Photo Ops

Israeli and Palestinian leaders are locked in their first direct peace talks for almost two years in Washington. Phyllis Bennis from the DC-based Institute for Policy Studies thinks the talks are useless the talks are based on international law and human rights, and Israel is held to account over its controversial settlements policy.
