The SHARE Fair

IPSer Brian Cruikshank is co-organizing the Fair and leading a workshop on 'How to build a Website' at this free space where activists from different movements share practical skills and learn from each other.

Want to learn how to do your own composting, start a community garden, or build your own website? Come to learn, share, and have fun at SHARE Fair.

SHARE Fair is a free space where activists from different movements come together to share practical skills and learn from each other.

At the Fair, volunteer share leaders host tables on topics ranging from effective use of social media to repairing your own clothing, from fundraising for campaigns to creating your own website.

At 6pm the booth portion of the fair will end, and we'll walk three blocks over to the Blue Parka (1423 Parkwood Place NW) for a little socializing over a potluck dinner, and a discussion about building the DC activist community, how we can help each other, what it means to be a good ally, and what our causes have in common.
