Speakers:

  • Phyllis Bennis directs the New Internationalism Project at Institute for Policy Studies, working as a writer, activist, and analyst on Middle East and U.N. issues. She is also a fellow of the Transnational Institute in Amsterdam. In 2001, she helped found and remains active with the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation.
  • David Wildman is the Executive Secretary for Human Rights and Justice with the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. Having recently returned from Afghanistan, Wildman has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, including Palestine, Israel, and Lebanon.
