How Poetry, Policy, and Playwriting Dance for Change

April 28, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

mural-art-activismJoin us in discussing the power of combining a social justice mission with artist activism as part one of our discussion series exploring the many facets of IPS’s movement-building work.

IPS is not just a think tank for ideas and policy — it’s also a place for artistic action. For many years, IPS has been a home for radical poets, hosted political plays, and has brought together visual artists, musicians, and novelists. From Split This Rock (who shares this new space with us) to our latest venture, Epicenter, IPS has been at the forefront of radical culture. Come and meet the artists who are helping to build a better world.

Please RSVP for this event here.
