Congo Week film screening and presentation about humanitarian aid and development in the Congo from a local perspective.

The program will start with the screening of Mabele Na Biso (our land)," which takes us on a journey through time and space to explore the commitment to autonomy and self-determination of the Isangi District of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Presentation by Samuel Yagase: Youth leader and founder of GOVA, Samuel will discuss the success of local development in the Isangi District of the Orientale province in the DRC. He will explore the interplay between International aid and self-sufficiency and its impact on local development.
