Ko Youkyoung is a long time peace activist in South Korea as the former director of the National Campaign for Eradication of Crimes by U.S. Troops in Korea and member of the Korean Women’s Network against Militarism, SAFE-Korea. She is also a member of the PyeongTaek Peace Center.
Raymond Palatino is a two-term congressman who represented Kabataan (Youth) Partylist in the 14th and 15th Congress of the Philippines. He is currently the Southeast Asia editor of Global Voices and a columnist of The Diplomat online magazine. He is the chairman of Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (New Patriotic Alliance) in Metro Manila. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines.
