IPS wants to know what you think should be the next top legislative priority.

With the health-care fight finally behind him, it looks like Obama can now address other key issues. It’s time for social movements to call on him to take action. The Institute for Policy Studies is working on several policies, including carbon markets, a tax on speculation, and green jobs. What should be the top priority for progressives?
